PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Bruce S. Boliek, M.D. graduated from the University Of North Carolina School Of Medicine in 1987. He completed internal medicine and ophthalmology residencies at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Boliek specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology with an emphasis on cataracts, anterior segment and lid surgeries.
Dr. Boliek has been in private practice since 1993 and joined Raleigh Eye Center in 1997. Dr. Bolieks hobbies include; golfing, bird watching, kayaking and boating. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an active member of his church.
ASSOCIATIONS
Dr. Boliek is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS). He is an active staff member of Rex Hospital and Capital City Surgery Center.
