Anita P. Vin, M.D. graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Anthropology. She then received her medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society.
She completed her residency in ophthalmology at Loyola University and Hines VA Medical Center near Chicago, IL. She subsequently received two years of training in glaucoma surgery at the Duke Eye Center in Durham, NC. She practiced ophthalmology for 3 years in Burlington, NC prior to relocating to the Raleigh area.
Dr. Vin is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Glaucoma Society.
She and her husband are parents to two energetic and joyful children. They enjoy spending time outdoors, especially visiting the many parks and gardens North Carolina has to offer.
Dr. Vin practices comprehensive ophthalmology and takes particular interest in treating all stages of glaucoma, using medical therapy, laser therapy, cataract surgery, and a range of glaucoma surgeries.
