RALEIGH EYE CENTER WINS ASTER AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN MEDICAL MARKETING
Raleigh Eye Center is pleased to announce that they received a 2014 Aster Award for excellence in medical marketing. The award represents peer recognition of their excellence in marketing and communications for their LASIK department. This is one of two awards they won this year for their marketing efforts.
Raleigh Eye Center received a gold award for their Visually Challenged Moment radio spots created and aired on G105 in 2013. The radio spots featured the humorous side of not being able to see clearly due to refractive errors such as myopia and astigmatism and highlighted the visual improvements realized following LASIK.
The Aster Awards is one of the largest national competitions of its kind, recognizing healthcare professionals around the world. There were close to 3,000 entries received for this year’s competition from around the globe. Awards are judged based on creativity, innovation, graphic design, production quality and overall effectiveness. Winning a gold award places Raleigh Eye Center in the top 5% in the nation.
